The project would take up 8.68 acres of land southeast of Citrus and Slover avenues, north of Jurupa Hills High School. The facility would cover 194,212 square feet and include office space. The project would also create 100 to 200 jobs. However, Fontana Unified School District has raised concerns about the project.
