package.json

The webpack cli hasn’t been installed locally yet. You must first link it to node_modules globally. To do this, run the npm link command. Then, add webpack-cli to your development dependencies. Alternatively, you can also install it locally and link it to your project. The error message will disappear once the webpack cli is installed.

The error message ‘cannot find module ‘webpack-cli/Package.json’ may also be caused by a missing PATH entry. If you have permissions for the dist and public folders, webpack will find them and install the required files. If the path doesn’t exist, try reinstalling the webpack-cli-cli package.json file from the webpack folder.
