onenotem.exe error

Onenotem.exe is a file which has been identified as a security threat by the Microsoft Security Response Center (SSRC). Although it’s not an actual part of Microsoft Windows, it has a digital signature that certify the producer has registered with a certificate authority. Windows starts the onenotem process at bootup and it runs in the background. Only the Windows Task Manager can terminate it. Experts have identified 30% of onenotem.exe files as potential threats.
