If you have this error, it means that the building wheel has not been created yet. The problem is not with the wheel itself, but with your environment. The environment you have set for scs cannot be built with the current version. The platform-specific wheel contains C extensions and must be precompiled as binary distributions. If you don’t install the pkg-config package, it will try to build the wheel from sdist.
