What is Twilio Error Code 30003?

A Twilio error code 30003 means your message delivery failed. This can occur when your message attempts to reach a switched off or unreachable handset. Before you proceed with sending a new message, use the REST API to check the status of the destination device. In some cases, the delivery error is due to a transient issue downstream of Twilio. In this case, you can try sending another message to test if the issue still persists.

If you are able to send messages via Twilio, you may have to adjust the settings of your Zap. For example, you can set up your Zap to send large messages. To use the truncated messages, you will have to set the “send large message” option to yes. If you can’t find the option, you can try setting up Zap to send a message in a different language.
